Wow, that 2 mile time is impressive. I am a sprinter, so I don't do so well with long distance. I have to try really hard to get my one mile time under 6 min.

"every day is an adventure. i meet new people every day." when i did some volunteer work at a nursing home an old guy told me that. said it was pretty nice, except when he cant remember his family. camfish, whats yur 100, 200, 400 time. btw, my 2 mile isnt amazing, its not even top ten on the team. dont like track as much as xc though. if it aint at least 3.1 miles, it aint worth running, unless i get to carry a pole, hence the sn, then i'm good with 60 ish feet.
run 1/4 mile on your hands or 2 on one foot.

I do 100 hurtles and 200, I get like 17.5 on the hurtles and I couldn't tell you what I get on the 200. I am not in highschool yet, so yeah, they aren't that impressive.
And I would die once
