Would you use Sump A or Sump B?

Hopefully this file will get attached. It's a 24 color bitmap.
Sump A has 3 sections. 1 is where the water will come in and get pumped out of the sump. 2 is an area with a DSB and some life rock where I will put banished creatures (crabs, etc). 3 is a refugium with alge and copepods.
Sump B basically combines areas 2 and 3.
I'm a little nervous that the banished critters would make the refugium not so much a refuge of the good things I want growing there. Thoughts, ideas?

Ok, so I have a question. Will sump A have problems with Algae in the DSB/live rock area?

That all depends on whether or not you light it, and if you do, what wattage, Kelvin, and photoperiod the lighting will entail.
