Wow..Now that's Atinic

I know we have had this debate before, but I'm just relaying my experience. I have been a PC user for the past 3 years. I upgraded last night to VHO. Now I know what atinic should look like. I'm waiting to see how the corals grow under these lights, but I love the difference.

id have to agree with you there. pc actinics are more blueish, while VHo actinics are purple and i feel present a much better representation of color!

just get a single vho actinic. i have the true actinic pc's by customsealife on my 20 and they are still blue. dont get me wrong, they give off a great color, but it just doesnt compare to the .03 uri vho's!

My buddy Bosco uses pc white bulbs and for actinic he uses vho.
His tank looks excellent. So I think there is a happy medium in there!
