How long do copepods live? I have an outbreak and my spotted mandrin and scooter blenny are not even putting a dent in them thats all you can see in my water is copepods floating and and there all over my glass maybe its time for a green mandrin
I wouldn't add another mandarin. It is a sign of a healthy tank and would think that your mandarin and scooter will catch up soon. Generally when you have a population boom, it is indicative of too much available food.

I never have left over food i hand feed my eel so he gets it all and my snails suck up any flake like a vacum cleaner

you have enough dragonetts. Are you feeding phytoplankton? Copepods feed on phyto and excess foods in the water column.
