Wow!thats Purple

at my LFS theres a rock about six inches wide(cured) and its covered(cant see the rock)in thick purple coraline algea.......should i get it?

lol why would u get it. they are probaly selling $6-7 per lb. you rather get it here or ask people. they sell like 2-3$ per lbs

If it's covered in coralline algae, I'd say it's a good buy...a lot of times you get LR without any coralline on it at all

If your tank is completely dry of coralline, I'd say you should get it. Otherwise if your tank does have some coralline you can just wait a little longer and save some $$$.

save the money you're going to spend on the rock and buy "The Consciencous Marine Aquarist"...

i bought a rock at my lfs and tons of rock at this site. The live rock i bought at the store is covered in feather dusters and their starting to spread it's very pretty
