I have never done this before but tonight I took my red flashlight and after the lights were out for about an hour I looked at the tank. WOW there is a whole new world after the lights go out. I did not know my tank had so much life in it. I could of done this all night but my husband said it's time for bed. He just does not get it.

i find new critter every night when i get the flashlight its great the latest find is mysis shrimp and baby keyhole lampet "spelling is probably off alittle"

Congrats to both of you. I just did the flashlight thing about an hour ago and I Cant Find Anything Interesting!! My pods are no where anymore, not even a bristle worm! grrrr.

I find something new almost every night.Im there so much the amphipods stopped running from the lite. I saw a big juicy one the other nite. I swear that if you stepped on it it would make a crunch sound.

Thats the only way i found out were my monster bristle worm was hidding so I could get him out.
