Wrasse as Ich treatment?

Help! My Coral Beauty has several white flakes, in her scales, that look like tiny salt flakes or dandruff. I've seen Ich start in a similar manner before. However, it happened much quicker in the past. I've been watching this fish for a little over a week and she has maybe three or four tiny spots.
Anyway, I was going to treat for ich as a precaution. I have some Kent Marine RXp from last time. (Also have Nox-ich, the blue stuff, vut it's 2 yrs. old) Should I treat the whole tank? Or move the Angel? I've been seeding a power filter for 6 mo. and I have an empty 10 or 30 I can put her in.
I also considered buying a cleaner wrasse and giving him a chance, before I get too "medical" about it. What do ya think?
Any advice would be great!
(I have 60gal (FOWLR) w/2 Perc. Clowns, Scooter Blenny, Yellow Tang, the Coral Beauty, a Sand Star and several hermit crabs. All fish are 2 - 2 1/2".)

If you are going to treat the fish, it is always best to treat outside of the main tank. Are you fairly certain that the problem is ick? Ick is hard to mis-identify. It basically looks like salt sprinkled on the fish. Sometimes on fins, it looks more "pearly". The raised scales could be from the parasite embedding itself in the fish's tissues. If the fish has ick, or any parasite for that matter, then you will need to treat all of your fish.
What type of setup do you have? Is it FO?
The best treatment for ick is hyposalinity. If you have a strickly FO tank, then you can treat safely using hyposalinity in your main tank.
Don't use any of the meds you mentioned. They are at best questionable, and, at worst useless and detrimental to your tank [in spite of whatever the label says].

Thanks for the reply.
It's FOWLR. The only inverts are a sand star and some hermit crabs.
I'm fairly sure it's ich because it does look like salt grains under the scales. I read, on another site, that ich won't leave the first host until it gets to a certain stage. So I got her out of there and into a 10 gal. I've already given her the first of three treatments of ich med. but am now considering the salinity idea. (I guess I've just never heard of that before.)Or treat her and use that on the main tank as a precaution.
I keep my tanks at 1.022. How low should I go? How slowly?
