Wrasse preferences ?

I almost ordered a 6 line wrasse this weekend after hearing everyone's thoughts on them, however, after looking thru the net I found some "reef safe" varieties that are pretty cool looking. I would like to get your opinions on them.
Anyone heard of a Christmas wrasse - quoted as being "generally recommended for reef tanks"
What about a Scott's wrasse - also reef recommended
I want a very active vibrant wrasse ? Give me all your thoughts?

I love my six-line. Very colorfull, he's out a lot, and he hasn't bothered anything in the tank. I think most or all the fairy wrasses are reef safe, but some can cost a bundle, like the lineatus wrasse. There are a few people on the board that have them and from what I understand, really like them.

I have a Solar Fairy - reef safe. He is the tank garbage disposal. The boldest eater I've ever seen - sometimes a pain in the a#% when I'm feeding corals. He'll eat anything.
I also have a six line. He's so cool and so low maintenance. Plus he'll eat flatworms!

Don't know what BDR is, but I always like going with smaller fish and less of them - more room for them to move around.

if your not worried about a little thing like a price tag,or waiting awhile to find one. rhomboid's are killer but you must buy in a pair to keep the great color. about 300-400 a pair. just my .02

I like the lineatus fairy. You can see a pic if you go into the search and type in my name and under thread or subject type in Dinhouse. That was a good thread on this wrass. Good pics to.
good luck

Had a 6 line in my reef and he was very active. A little bit of a bully though. Chased my firefish all the time. The 6 line disappeared and replaced him with a blue sided fairy wrasse. Very pretty, but, very shy. Seldom see him but it's only been a week. Hopefully in time it will spend more time out and about.
Good Luck in your choice.
