OK...In my 225G I have a yellow coris wrasse and a blue cleaner wrasse
CAN I add:
3 filamented flashers and 1 clown fairy

The issue wouldn't be with the cleaner and yellow coris with those wrasses, they would be fine. It would be clown eventually becoming the 'dominant' wrasse and aggressive.... I believe. Some of the species of Fairy wrasses are well known to become aggressive. Unfortunately I just don't know which ones. To spite my love for wrasses overall, just never got into flashers/fairys....

You should be okay. The aggressive from the Clown (aka Solar) wrasse from what I've just gone and read now, is typically directed at other fairy wrasses, and probably would not be mean towards Flashers. I would obviously recommend adding the Clown after, and asking for a medium-sized specimen, not too big of one.

So don't get them together? I was gonna get 3 filaments and the clown at the same time

from my reading on the wrasses, some of the MALE fairy wrasses and the clowns get aggressive. Introduce at the same time or with the lights out. I'm sure you knew that tho. This is why I love the possum wrasses, my tank is the Hippy colony. (PEACE and LOVE man)

You probably could add them at the same time, though I'm sure you're aware of my opinion on QT/temporary housing tanks
. You could isolate the clown via eggcrate or large specimen container in the display for a few days while the flashers adjust. The issue, as Kiefers noted, is going to be over the longhaul, and if that clown eventually becomes aggressive. Order of addition, or time of addition, isn't likely to play too big of role.
