Wrasse???????

So my dad comes home with a new fish and he never should have. His angel has ick, so he asks me to put it in my tank. I didn't want to but I didn't want the fish to die. So he is in my tank.
MY dad does no research on fish so I have no idea what this is.
Any help?
Care instructions?

Its a wrasse, forget the name, but they are not reef safe that I know.

I have fuzzy Mushrooms now and of course want to get more coral. Is there coral that he won't mess with?

It's a dragon Wrasse, a juvenile. They get up to 6" and are not considered reef safe, he might be right now but not once he matures. They are beautiful, but can be quiet aggresive from what I have heard.

im pretty sure its a dragon wrasse, they can pick up and move rocks MANY times its size, and i think will eat most of not all inverts
