Wtb... 20 long Upstate Ny

20 gallon Long aquarium. Preferably glass but acrylic would be alright. To be used for a sump and fuge. Preferably in the upstate NY area. I live an hour north of albany. I would rather not have to ship.

i have a 20g long that i just dismantled, so if you r interested, plus i have all the LS from it too. but im right in NYc so i dont know if you will be up for a ride just for the tank.

I have a 20 long that has a hole drilled right in the center. You can patch or use plumped. I'm an hour south of Albany near Oneonta.

Where exactly is the hole in it? dead center of the back panel? or the bottom? Pictures? OH and what size bulkhead?

dead center on the bottom and about an 1 inch bulkhead.

how much? i may be interested . It can be patched using a piece of 1/4" acrylic probably 3x3 and some silicone right? Put it on the inside of the tank on top of a bead of silicone? Is the bottom tempered or regular glass?

I think regular glass. You can repair easily with a small piece of glass and silicone. I'll take $15 for the refugium. I can bring to Albany for a fee. I can also make this into a nice sump if you pay for materials.

you can also buy brand new 20 longs fairly reasonable at pet smart.

Mumb... Does it have baffles in it already? or only the holes?
Just out of curiosity how much extra to meet me in albany?

can add baffles. Honestly propably about $20 to meet in Albany.

yeha i figured with the prices of gas now... Ill wait to see if someone else has something closer i think. By the time i pay for gas there and back i can just buy a new one.

I'll be using the pumps on my next sump. The only thing included with the sump is the sump itself.
