Saw one in "The Aquarium Center" in Blackwood NJ last time I was in. Pretty sure its what you were looking for. Up for a road trip?
Who knows, maybe they'd ship it. Been there for a while. My kids thought it was cool... They had it just labeled as a "Dragon Eel" but I'm pretty sure it's what you're looking for... maybe not...
