The brand of the ballast and pendant is PFO, qualiity stuff, and the bulb is a hamilton 14k which is the recomended bulb for the HQI ballasts. No that doesn't include shipping. Shipping will probably be about $65.00. The ballast is pretty heavy, as are all.
