I'm getting ready to sell my 29g biocube. It comes with:
29g tank (of course)
3x36w PC hood (all bulbs 1 month old)
200w heater
Aquaclear 30 powerhead
AquaC remora skimmer
All for $300 plus shipping (which is $24 to CA) so depending where you are, it might be cheaper.
