What is the best way to initiate feeding for a large adult naso tang in a new system?

it has now been in the tank for 2 days, and it has thus far ignored frozen brine shrimp, frozen and flake spirulina, all other flakes, and romain lettuce. Any idea how long will it take until he starts eating? Hes not skinny by any means, but I always like it when a new fish starts eating. And if anyone has any ideas as to how to initiate feeding, im all ears!!!

I would give him atleast another 2 days before you should get worried about it. Just keep doing what your doing you could also try the garlic product lfs's have. I have also heard of people some how using garlic from the store but dont no to much about that.

hes in a 120 with plenty of room (only damsels in with him), so he has plenty of swimming room etc. He is extremely healthy too and swims around all day long, but has ignored food thus far. In response to how big he is, I would say that he is a good 8-10 inches long. And as far as the garlic thing, I guess I have never seen the garlic food your talking about before, are they garlic flakes??? Thanks for the help, and ill let you know asap if he starts eating cause we're coming up on 3 days now without him taking any food! :nope:
One other thing I should mention- I dont have lights on the tank yet (they are in transit right now), could this be why hes not eating? The tank is right next to a big window which i leave open all day long so dont get the impression that the tank is dark as a cave, it gets some sunlight, but could it be that theres no lights on the tank yet and he wont eat because of that? Thanks for the help, -Sam

The garlic is not a food, it is a liquid that you soak other food in.
