Either way I think it is effin hilarious to see all these espn yankee writers calling the DFW area a cold weather climate.

Hey, I've had more than one daum yankee tell me that 30 degrees here is colder than below 0 up there. Because of the humidity, wind and drizzle that always accompanies the 30 degrees. And besides, I've already heard plenty of yankees from Bristol complain about dallas being a cold weather venue. bahahahaha

I grew up on a beach in Southern California. My wife and son were both born and raised in Montana and both are big weenies about cold weather. Heck I've walked out in the snow barefoot to fetch my morning paper on more than one occasion.

30 degrees down here is not colder than 0 up north (drizzle or not). You must have been talking to a bunch of weenies.

Isn't anyone from north of the mason Dixon line a weeny? :) Apparently in corpus the bridge has to be in good enough condition for a nascar race for them to open it.

Wasn't impressed is a rather charitable assessment of half time. Good game/ Thought Greenbay was through when Woodson went down and Sheilds is banged up but the Stillers are giving them a hand.

Watching Christina Agulara butcher the star spangled banner was worse than anything they could do to Rosanne. Missing an entire line and then messing up the words to the following line.
Inexcuasable when put int hat position.

You'd think ol' Christy would've looked in a song book or something before getting in front of millions of people to sing. To be honest, I turned the channel from the Super Bowl at 4:00 (6:00 est) and never turned it back until they were just lining up for the first play about 4:35. I love football, but hate all the hype and crap they think has to be forced down our throats before the game. I haven't watched 1 second of any halftime show since about 1984-and I'm not kidding. I watch the game for football, not to see some over-paid, under-talented hack wail and whine for 15 minutes. And this year was probably one of the worst from the advertising. "I can tell tonight's gonna be a good night" over and over and over and over and over. If all they can sing is one line from one song (like the every single ad for the halftime show played), I'm glad I missed it. Even after the game Fox played that one line (unless that's all there is to the song) literally dozens of times in loop while showing highlights. It ended up being about 10 minutes of that one line. Anyway, it was a sloppy game. Neither team deserved to win, although Rogers did his part. Dropped passes and porous secondaries on both sides made it painful to watch. I was rooting for the fudge Packers, but they didn't deserve to win as sloppy as they played. But someone had to lose and I'm glad it was the r@pist and company. I really hope this is the beginning of the end of seeing the r@pist in the NFL. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have rooted for the Steelers.

Go to the NFL Network they're still showing highlights. There was 13 dropped passes on both sides. Nelson had 3, Jones had 2 and Jennings had 2. These were not tough catches. They simply b*tched the balls. And 3 turnovers by Ptown? Nope, not that sloppy.

Agree, most of those GB dropped passes were catchable, but in their defense, Rodgers was firing freakin' bullets. I don't know if he was just nervous of what, but look at some of those replays. The ball doesn't even wiggle. Receivers turned and BAM, ball is there. Even top receivers are going to miss handle some of those occasionally.
