X's per hour

how many x's per hour is everyone turning there water over?

With the main filter I am turning my tank over 12 times an hour. But if I include the power heads to my wave maker I am looking at an aditional 7 times.

iam not sure in my tank i got 4 powerheads on a wavemaker timer and a protein skimmer. i dont have a filter at all. my filtration is my rock and sand.

I think im around 1000 per hour with powerheads.. not sure what the prizm skimmer does

I live by the 5 to 10 times per hour rule of thumb, including powerheads and filters.

~5-6 times per hour (500+ gph in a 75g tank)

I at 600gph for my 65G reef that includes everything, with a pump.
