6 power cords, woah, thats a lot of timers. I saw you were debating the Nova Pro 6 bulb, why didn't you go w/ that one, it has dawn/dusk and individual reflectors, great light for the price (I know, I have one) but either way I'm sure you'll be fine, just more convenient in one package.

it looks good.
You might want to add a heater and a small power head to the fresh water tank. it will keep from the water going stagnant and it helps to regulate the temp in your tank to have your top off water the same temp.

watts has nothing to do with it. even though they are 110w they will probbbly less light, the thing that makes t5s so great is the diameter of the bulb, so small thet the light doesnt have to go out a half inch with the t8/12 u want which the light will be wasted trying to get out of the bulb and in the long run the t5s will be way better, the t-5s have to be replaced every 18-24 months but vho are like mh every 6-8 months need to be replaced cause they are so over driven, and the t-5s are less watts but more light and way way way more par. so t5=less money in bulbs and less money in electricity and more light

I would not get the Mandarin. If you insist on getting one. Wait till your tank is at least a year old and that you have plenty of live rock. Mandarin's tend to starve to death. They have a ferocious appetite and they usually only eat pods. It is very difficult to get them to eat any thing else. Make sure that you have a huge pod population and that you have a way to get more in case of emergencies.
I'm not familiar with a yellow wrasse. Just make sure that it is reef safe if you plan on getting any corals.
All the other fish you have listed are very beautiful and easy to care for. You might even consider a dwarf angel.
