You won't need to do anything extra to feed them. Keep adding the phytoplankton and make sure your calcium and alkalinity are in check. They will pretty much take care of them self as long as water quality and lighting are appropriate.

Both should be fine with appropriate lighting. The rics can be spot fed small chunks of meaty food i.e. shrimp, clam, etc. Im not an expert, but the ones we got from swf are happy with light, low/med. flow and we feed bits of shrimp maybe once every 2 weeks.
We dont have any yellow polyps, but we do have button polyps. Ours seems to enjoy good light and med. flow. They will catch bits of food that floats by: mysis, flake, whatever. Again, not sure if yellow polyps are the same, but they sure look similar. Heres a pic:

And heres a couple of rics, these are the darkest color of green. We got 3 and each was a diff. shade of green.

I feed both of my DTs once a week. If they get any other food, its tid bits of brine that drift by. Light, calcium, trace elements, and iodine will work for added suppliments.

I only add calcium to the tank to maintain the proper levels...not to feed them. Sorry for any confusion. I have mainly softies, but I do have a montipora and a frog spawn that needs calcium for the skeleton.
