yellow cucumbers

I have had one for a couple of months not knowing how potentially dangerous they were. I was just reading a post that said they were extremely dangerous and could secrete a toxic poison if harmed!!! should i take it back it seems to be doing fine?! and has anyone kept one of these with sucess?

I dont have a yellow one, I have a pink Knobby...
One way to tell if they are not doing well, is if they start shrinking in size...That is NOT a good sign, and with that, I would bring it back...
Is your tank an aggressive tank, where something could try to attack it?? If so, bring it back, so you dont indanger your who setup..
But ultimately its your choice..
