ive seen alot of those (Yellow headed sleeper gobies) at my LFS....usually about 4 inches long...im good friends with the salt water manager at the lfs, he tells me they are a pain in the butt for reef tanks....well atleast reef tanks with corals on the sand bed. He says this because they would constantly sift the sand and spit it out over the corals on the sand bed....also he mentioned that they would eat hermit crabs and such.... But they are very lovely looking fish and could still make a great community fish.
