Oh, I almost forgot... The white thing low and left of the yellow sponge, is that a sponge as well?
And why are these things popping up everywhere? I thought they wont live if exposed to air, and all my LR has been exposed at one time or another...

Its actually pretty common to have sponges "pop" up in tanks after they have been established for a little while.
I am not positive on how they get in the tank, but it seems logical that spores or whatever they use to propogate come in on live rock and live sand.
This is a good sign for your tank. It tells you that you have at least a basic planktonic life cycle going on in the tank otherwise the sponges wouldn't be there. Congrats.
