I just noticed today that my yellow tang is breathing heavily. It also looks like its mouth is red, along with a little of its head. I added a protein skimmer last night, would that make a difference?
Thanks
A good size coral hogfish, small lunare wrasse, small Koran angel, small bicolor angel, huma trigger, true percula, and a small snowflake eel. 10 gal sump with a 90gallon main

I don't know anything about triggers, but the other fish seem just fine to be with a tang. Maybe go have a look on the disease section pictures and see if anything there matches what your fish looks like. A bloody sore mouth sounds like aggression, but maybe it's something else. Beth will know, she keeps a watch on the disease section...you can try and PM her.
I agree with silverado. Also, it looks like there is a reddish blush on the rear 1/4 of the fish, just anterior to the spine. If so, that could indicate a systemic bacterial infection, and I would isolate the fish to a hospital tank and start it on Maracyn II.
