I have had a Yellow Tang for about a month and he craps all the time. Tons of it comes out and it looks like Biozyme. He can go behind a rock and you can tell when he crapped cause it billows out and goes up the tube. My water quality is very good I've tested everything. He darts around and flipps around like hes constipated and then usually after he runs himself ragged it comes out. Sometimes the crap looks like just what he ate. A couple nights ago it looks just like seaweed selects. He eats like a mad man. I dont know if its bad food. I bought Formula Two in bulk from my local pet store. They scooped some out of a box, maybe it was stale. He grazes on the rocks all the time. His eyes arent cloudy. I dont know what to do. Nobody I talk to has ever heard of this problem. I dont think hes digesting his food. Can anyone help?

Its probably normal. This was my first experience with SW. I ve got freshwater fish too. Im use to FW crap that comes out string-like and floats around until the filter sucks it up. SW water is totaly different. It comes out like" POOF" all over the place. My Tang craps like hes got the runs.:p Usually right after a big meal. It all over the place behind my rocks. My dwarf hermits do a great job cleaning the stuff up. Its usually gone over night.

Well I have a boxfish that craps alot too :D. It looks like big ol sausage links about 2-3 inches long and hangs from his rear  . He will continue to eat as it hangs and then swims real fast to try to break it off. Also he seeks out the cleaner shrimp who tears it off. I will get a pic up one day.
