yellow tang disappeared

yellow tang :help: can someone help me my yellow tang is gone from my tank,no visible signs of it ever being there did my damsels eat it or what seems to have disappeared over night ?

Is your tank covered? If not, did you check the floor all around and behind your tank? Did you take out the LR and look for it?

How small was he? I think it would be near impossible to lose a yellow tang based on their size. Maybe a rock fell on him and he is dead under a big rock..

yes i have looked under rocks and gravel no yellow tang and was 2 years old to big to disappear but its gone

wierd... very strange.. I've had fish disappear but I am amazed that you could lose a yellow tang.

yes i have one that looks like a octypus with 6 legs but i for get the name of it.....it stays under the gravel or rocks all the time but to small to eat a 2yr old yellowtang

A brittle star? I can't remember if they have 5 or 6 legs...
