Yellow tang: Going to die or normall

I have 5 yellow tang and one of them has turned a very pail color, will he pass on what he has to other fish? Will he eventualy die? :notsure:

For instance - how long have you had your tank set up? When was the last fish added? Do you quarantine? What are your readings? What do you feed? Check out the stickies at the top of this forum to make it easier to help you.
