Yellow Tang has a problem! Please help!

I have a yellow tang in a 100 gallon fish only tank built by Fish Tank Kings. We have many fish including another yellow tang. It is laying on its side and it seems like it is missing the webbing in between his fins. Is there anything I can do?[VIDEO][/VIDEO]

Is he a victim of aggression from other fish?

Can you separate him from other fish?

Last night I lost my yellow tang. He was about 4-5" and I had him for only one week. The same thing happened to me as to csauman. Here are some pictures after my yellow tang died.

I am soo sad!
