Yellow Tang HELP!!!

My cute little guy is really struggling right now. He is old and has been around for years but he won't eat and he looks like it. His body is compressed in and he looks so skinny. I tried to put some nori in the tank on a chip clip and he won't go near it. He just hangs around the middle of the tank and barely moves like he is waiting to die. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would try anything in his food but he simply wont eat. Maybe it is his time.

I use garlic in my fish food and they go crazy for it.
Well, if it is his time, tell him that swf.com wishes him the best in that ocean in the sky.

How long have you had this fish? Notice any deterioation with skin, fins, etc?
BTW: Most chip clips have medal....thus don't put them in a saltwater tank. They sell clips for the hobby.
