yellow tang

my yellow tang looks like hes getting darker, or more orange color, is this normal. have him about 6 mounths, all readings are fine.

Most yellows will get darker patches of color on them in the evening.This is caused by thier matabolism slowing down.They will also get a white stripe down the side.These usually clear up within minutes after the lights are turned on,and they start moving around a bit. If this doesn't clear up,and stays throughout the day,then you may have a sick fish.
