The question to the "best size tank" for a yellow tang would easily be at least 150g, IMO.
I would agree that the Kole tang would be the best choice for the 75g.
But as for whether it will be "fine" in a smaller tank...you will see many people say yes, and many say no. I don't believe so, personally, because a yellow tang
should outgrow that sort of tank within a couple of years. If it doesn't, that is a sign of a problem - stunted growth. Many people are "fine" with that, but it does not logically translate to the fish being "fine." By definition, if the fish still fits in the tank after many years, it is not fine as it should be too large. JMO though, and you will find many disagree.
