Yellow Tang

I have a yellow tang that I have had for a year now and all of sudden it isn't eating and always hiding behind the liverock. When it comes time for feeding it comes out and eats a little then spits it back out and then goes back behind the rocks. I have tried every type of food that it used to eat. It doesn't show any signs of diease for ich. Any ideas? I would hate to lose the fish! The other tank mates are a blue tang, 2 clowns, 1 bicolor angel, chromis.

Adding to these questions... please also list any recent changes you made to your tank such as adding new fish.

Dear hobbyist, check your water parameters . Last week my fish were behaving oddly by not eating normally,so I decided to check on the ph in the aquarium ,and the ph was 7.8. After raising it slowly to 8.2 ,everyone appears to be doing fine, now their appetites are back to normal again
