WHAT can i tell u .my freind !!
the Red coris is a very docil animal ....yet is a little bit agrssive when is adult ....
I consider myself the red coris as one of the most beatiful wrasses if not the most bautiful with the formossa wrasse ( her cousin come from western africa) and the tamarind or most known crhistmas wrasse. :happyfish
they love to eat prawn and live food such as ghost srimp etc..but again is reef safe...they will not touch your snails or cleaner shrimps...y have 100 snails and 4 cleaner shrimps...and they all live in peace....
Most places will tell you to not take the chance because wrasses are not reef safe...
but profeesionals in the field desagree ...the have told me that the wrasses from the CORIS family are all reef safe innluding of course the yellowtail coris
again i have a red coris...and is AWESOMEEEE

ahhh and yes 15$ bucks is a decent price for a yellowtail....... for a Red coris juvenile $24 and for a fully changed adult $ 35 .........that's all i know ....
take care and good luck !!

Always be careful with Wrasses, my Lightning Wrasse has cost me over a $100 in shrimps. He left them alone when I first got him , but as he got bigger he became very aggressive.

Well...got him last night...what a BEAUTIFUL fish!!!!!!!!! By far my favorite!!!!!!! I acclimated him for 2 hours and he started swimming around already! He seems pretty peaceful towards my other fish, and shrimp. He is about 3 1/2 inches long, and got his for $40. Wow hes GREAT!
