could a brain coral be kept under 130watts pc if i put them high in the tank? any experience with this?

brains prefer to be kept in the sand...if you put them in the rocks when they expand they may damage their flesh on teh rock...also they will blow up different parts of their bodies to catch the flow to move them around slightly to where they want to be...if you put them in your rocks they may end up falling

i could be wrong but i thought i read brains needed alot of light..so i was thinkin t5's or MH..i could be wrong tho...this is why im asking...im not totally sure what is considered to be alot of light..and whats too little light..
