my tank is 24in deep about a 4 in sand bed and filled about 4in from the top. I am thinking of buying a light kit that is 72in long(same as my tank 125GAL) it comes with a total of 834watts of light (3-150watt HQI 4-96watt 34in compact Fluorescents and 4-1 watt lunar lamps and four bulit in cooling fans. First Question will this be enought light to keep any kind of corals, sps, and clams? 2nd question is cost about $900.00 is this a good price? Its a Aqualight pro.

I take it that you have a 125 gallon tank? The lighting price is about right. Those corals would do all right in your tank, unsure about clams though. I think they need a higher wattage of lights, maybe someone would know since I don't keep clams. I know with 250w MH's, you'd be able to keep'em just fine though.... :happyfish
