Yet another lighting question!

I have a 45 gallon tall (approx 23" tall) with approx. 70 lbs. of live rock, 1 clown, 1 Yellow tang, (yes I know I inherited him from a 20 gal.), snails, emerald crab boxing crab, skunk shrimp, and a LT anenome. I needed better lighting in a hurry so I purchased a 36" t5 Nova 156 watt total. Eventually I want to get corals(no hurry) and I do not want MH lighting. I could build a canopy, add the lighting I have plus some, but how much more is the big question?

I'f you can find a VHO bulb the length of ur tank id recommend that. But i don't know if they go below 48". PC lighting should work

Would the Odyssea 96 Watt compact suffice and if so what kinds of coral could I put under that much lighting (the Odyssea and Nova combined)?
