When most teenagers your age ask their parents if they can go the mall on the weekend, you ask to go to a lfs.
When most teenagers your age's christmas list consists of clothes, ipods, etc and your's is money for your aquarium.
When good reading material consists of a books saltwater related or a catalog from a saltwater store.
When you get excited to go to a public aquarium and you can name almost everything in there.

You know you are a reef addict and you have it bad when you are looking through your aquarium equipment and you realize you have enough spare parts to start up yet another tank AND a nano... and, of course, you know just where you are going to put them in the house... lol

i was in study hall today, and a friend of mine was looking up some videos about circuit bending. of course, i called him a loser and told him that he could accomplish the same thing by leaving a gameboy out in the sun for a few hours. he turns to me and says, quite irritated, "WHY DONT YOU JUST GO GROW SOME CORALS OR SOMETHING!?"
made me pretty mad though. lol.
