When you have more pics of you tank than you do your children....
When buying your new digital, the only thing that matters is the MACRO capabilities....
last but not least.....when you snap 4 - 5x7 pics of you tank so you can tape a panorama view of you tank on the wall next to you desk.

when you come home and first thing you do is look at your tank .... which makes your cat jealous and meow at you until you pay them some attention ;-)
thats when i knew i was addicted my cat hates my fish tank cuz i pay it so much attention and not her....
when u have nightmares of your tank breaking and all of your fish/corals dying... in my dream i tried putting them in fresh water and adding table salt lol how messed up is that!
u worry about going on vacation cuz you dont want anything bad to happen to your tank

When people start to take pictures of your property because they think there is a UFO in your house due to your brand new MH 400 Watt retrofit fixture you installed yourself.
When you have set up a savings account a your bank just for your tank when you die so your children have enough money to keep it up.
When you start compairing trees and plants in your yard to corals in your ocean.
When you listen to "HOW TO PROPERLY PROPAGATE ACROPORA CORALS" cassets and cds while cutting the lawn.
When you plan on renting a bulldozer to come your your house and dig a HUGE whole in your yard to line it with cement and then create your OWN PERSONAL REEF in your yard!
When you spend more time at your LFS than you do your own home.
When the people at your LOCAL AQUARIUM and LFS kick you out because they want to go home but you still want to "look around"!
When you have a second morgage for your tank!
when you have a garage sale and sale your brand new big screen TV and other misc. new items to support your new 180 gallon reef ready system you didnt have the money to buy in the first place!
When you DOG puts on a divers suit and gets in your tank to be noticed!
When your cat starts hanging around on top of your canopy to get attention!
When you find a dead dog and a dead cat in your house and dont understand how they got in your home to begin with!
When your wife throughs away her Lingerie and buys FINDING NEMO FISH SUITS to wear around the house at night! LMBO!!!!!!!!!!!
When you find yourself at the fish department at WALMART to look for something cheap you might want to buy for a future tank.
When your TV is STUCK on the discovery channel because you dont want to miss a possible CORAL REPRODUCTION EPISODE they may air!!!
When you find yourself investing in an advanced water purification system with 18 chambers, 4 valves, a 1600 gallon storage capacity, and a built in uv serilizer for your tank and NOT for your drinking water!
LOL, just a few Id thought Id through out!

you use the excuse every week to go to the lfs to get your water "tested" but end up buying SOMETHING for the tank!
My kids have started asking every time we get in the car if we are going to the lfs!
You tell everyone that walks in the house to tip toe so the tank won't "rock"
Everyone you know knows everything you buy every week and put in that tank and you make them all come see!
My poor dog has to wait to go outside every morning and begs at the back door because I have to stare at the tank first and make sure everyone in there is doing ok.
I barely want to go on vacation because I am so worried about my tank!
when you are already dreaming about the next size tank you are going to buy and where it is going to go and you just barely got started on the first!
Addiction to this site, it is the first thing I run to every day several times a day!

- got got realy excited today when you found out the church where you did a theater proformance uses 10,000K PC lighting.

I actually taught my middle school class on the Florida Keys coral reef so that I could have a field trip to my house to see my tank!! To me it was the best field trip ever!! Carrie

You might find that special someone checking out your tank while you're in the kitchen finishing dinner. You could chow down while staring at the TANK!! HOw cool is THAT??
