A school of Look Downs would be awsome. But i have come to the conclusion and excepted that i will never have a tank large enough for that.

i really dont know, ive always been the person that thinks these fish should be left in the ocean kind of person, lol so i never get them were i work, how many of us have to say that they have kept one for many years in their tank, not many. Even with feeding pods every week and in a massive tank, someone kept one for 2 n half years, but then after that just slowly died, but then again i dont know how long they live.

But maybe the one if you ask the wife, would be the little guy in my Avatar..... She says it is the bedroom eyes...........

detguy- the colors on that fish are breathtakng!
And big... tell your wife I agree :) That fish has nicer looking eyes than some humans. My white belly puffer has interesting eyes too though completely different, they are like jewels and reflect light and change colors. They are a wonderful genus, that's for sure.

I would love to have a clown tang! They aren't very expensive, but they are beautiful. I go to the the LFS and see those fish all the time and just wish I'd known before I set up my tank! Maybe one day I will get a tank big enough.

My favorite fish in my aquarium is my canary blenny. He is very active and bright. Fish I would love to have is a full sized, male Naso. I am going to make sure my next aquarium can house one.

How could you possibly pick one!!! I could easily list 20, but I will give you about 8. Angels are my favorites, so here is my dream fish in no particular order. Tim.
Though this fish may be the first on my list and am in midst of obtaining one. It's just difficult to get a small one without spending a small fortune. The Conspiculatus. This fish really lives up to the saying pictures do this fish no justice.

The rest of some of my dream fish............

I'll take just one of these, though a school would be absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!

I really, really, really want I BlueLine Angel. I've been on a couple waiting lists for over a year. They're either in-stock when I can't afford a $300 fish, or they sell before I get a chance.

My 'holy-grain' fish, is the Kingi Angel (like the one myer's posted). There are only a couple in captivity and all of 'em are in Asia. The issue is that (as I think I have it) these guys come from the kelp areas off South Africa. The problem is that large toothed Great Whites also swim in those waters...

Mine is a Clown Trigger, never gonna have one though too big a fish for species only...lol...because they WILL kill everything in your tank when there over 8 or so inches...lol

My favorite fish in my aquarium is my Midas Blenny. Although the picture doesn't do her justice, she is a deep orangish-gold color with pretty blue eyes. If the lights are on, she's active. Goldie is a mellow fish and cruises around the aquarium and is nice to all the fellow aquarium inhabitants. She investigates everything. When I open the lid she pops her face into the air to get a good look at me to see if there is food coming her way. I also delight in watching her back into her cave, tail first, at lightening speed. She loves to watch the world.
The fish I would like to have is a parrotfish. Their colors are amazing. When I dive or snorkel, they are always the fish I look for. But they need a lot of ocean and I don't think they would be happy in a personal aquarium so I will never have one.
Now if we're not limited to just fish, I'd start with some dolphins, adds some sea turtles, . . . . . . .

For me my Dream fish are a Queen Angel Emporer Angel and Koran Angel. Will be getting all 3 next year as JUVIs and raising them to adulthood. For my wife her favorite fish are our Dog Faced puffer her Blue ribbon eel which we get out of the QT tank tomorrow eating like a freaking PIG also. Then there is her final fish for the tank which is being upgraded to a 300 next year a Harliquin Tusk.

My favorite fish that I ever had was my 6 line wrasse that I had in my 72 gal. He was in with a yellow tang that ruled to roost. The six line was kinda like robbin hood tho - he would steal from the tang and make some room for my small clowns.
If I could have any fish I think it would be a toss up between a quees angel and an achiles(sp) tang

My favorite fish is my Queen Angelfish. Her name is Angie. She has a great personality and is just mean enough for the other fish to not mess with her.
If I could have any fish would be a pair of Crosshatch Triggers.
And I'll just throw this one out there... my LEAST favorite fish is Peanut my Powder Blue Tang because he's stupid and really mean.
