I am going to get an aquapod 24 gallon -hqi
And add a fuge/sump,ASM G-3 Protein Skimmer,
maxijet 1200 powerhead and 25 punds of liverock
I suppose i still need a heater? And will all that work out together?
THIS is my first tank

How are you going to add a FUGE?are you gonna run tubes in,,, input/output? If you gonna go through all that, just go with regular glass 30g and build up from there.

ASM G-3 skimmer is waaaaay to big for a 24 gallon tank.

what about the g1 for under 100 gallons?????
I need quality things that will move to my next size tank around 70 gallons
The aquapod just seems to be convienent right now because i dont think i have the tools and resources for a great lighting system, and i want it to become my QT.
Also im trying to find out the about the whole input output thing
Refugium 30 PRO Sump by ae tech
Obviously for me there is much more time and questions to be spent on this

Also one MJ1200 might be too much for that tank. Knock it down to two mj400s or 600s or better yet a couple of koralia nanos.

IMO most of what you would buy for an aquapod would not be enough for a 70 gal or too much for a 24 gal.
