yuck $400 electric bill

I'm just whining, I got a new tank, and my bill went up to $400, I'm ticked.

i just want to no what equip you are running for that much a month my bill is only $280 thats in a 2200 sq ft house with 2 kids my wife and my mother inlaw

A lot of lights, chiller, fans, and probably the killer....the AC stays the same, even when I'm on vacation.

Try over $900 a month in the San Franciso Bay Area. I've got an emormous house, 3 zones of air conditioning, and teenagers leaving doors and windows open. And my poor aquarium is only 90 gallons and does not have halides!

Wow, I was ticked when my bill was $119 last month. I guess I've been lucky with the mild summer here in NH so I haven't had to use my ac that much.

Ours is about 450 here in west texas with the Ac runnin all day and night. And 2 small tanks.

HOLY %*&@ those are some big bills. Mine was the highest it has ever been this month at 170 something, and I thought that was bad. I was not happy...I have three tanks running, and a fiance' that likes a very cold house. Mind you it is a relatively small house...and I was just about to buy some halides

not anymore. Thanks for saving me 200 some dollars a month
