I had a snow flake years ago. Very docile with fish and my hands but I think he'd have eaten any shrimp or crabs in the tank. He grew fast and finally figured out how to get out of the tank and that was the end of him.

They grow fast and are really hard to catch if you want to get them out. Of course you can just leave the top off the tank and they'll jump out and the problem is solved. And speaking of tops you need to seal it pretty tightly, they will find any weaknesses. If it were me I'd pass on it.
What kind of tang did you get?

Yea that was my initial thought lol. Will it eat my stuff plus I have to escape proof my tank. Eh nah. If I had a species only maybe.
The tang is a blue spine or unicorn tang. Its in the naso family , it will get to be a big boy lol

Lol good eating at 2ft. Jk yea its much smaller than my naso. Surprisingly they both get along well w other fish. The naso w my yellow tang. And the uni w my maroon clown.

I've heard nasos tend to be less aggressive. Mine is doing fine with my powder brown in QT. he's about the same length as the PB and I've had no issues Kind of surprised by that.

Yea by far the yellow has been the more aggressive tang. Any new fish I add atleast get a once over by him. The naso could care less
