Zebra Snow Eel???

2 days ago I bought what was labeled a Zebra Snow Eel.
I can't find any information on this eel, and was wondering if anyone out there has seen anything like this, or have any info on it.
He is about two feet long and really thin. His body shape is much like that of the ribbon eel, but he has black and white sections throughout his body about an inch wide each. His face is mostly black, and he has what looks like walrus teeth on his upper jaw. I'll try and get a picture of him tonight, but he is very shy, so I may not be able to.

The Zebra Moray is fat and the stripes are close together. Actually looks nothing like a Zebra Moray. He is pencil thin and has a ribbon like fin along his top. I think I have something unique here huh???
I will take a photo tonight. I am concerned that I have not seen him eat. He is the nicest looking eel I have ever seen. I want him to do well. I will try to get him out of his cave for a picture. I don't get home until after 11:00 PM, so look back here later tonight and I'll throw up a pic.

It is a Banded Snake Eel. I wonder why the LFS chose to call it a Zebra Snow Eel. Did they just make it up?
There is also a banded moray which looks completely different. I wonder if this eel part of the Moray family?
Now that I have the real name, I can do some research. Any one out there have any experience with this specimen?
