Zoas on rock......

I have zoas scattered all over my rocks, question is how do I frag them without moving the rock or taking out of the water....The rocks are big piece...Can i just cut the bottom of the zoas.? Thanks

I would not reccomend cutting zoas in your tank, they're highly poisonious (palytoxins). you should definately take them out of the tank!

agree with jmj...do not do in the tank....with possibilities of toxins you dont want your arms elbow deep in the water..
