Zoas sticking??

ok well um, the zoas found their own way to stick...my FREAKIN urchin decided he's going to carry my zoas around!!! i have not yet figured out how to deal with this situation...

Can you remove them from the urchin?

well he has since managed to also pick up my green zoas as well...this little bugger better be spreading zoas all over my tank b/c once he drops them he's outta here!!

Same thing happened to me. Somehow my urchin decided to get the zoas stuck on him, but I somehow managed to get them unstuck :)

Don't worry about taking them out of the water to do this. It is not a problem. Either get some reef plugs or go to a LFS and see if they have rock rubble. They will usually give you some. Make sure the rock is dryed off and pull the zoo out of the tank. Dry off the bottom to be glued. Use Any gel (super) type glue. I just put a drop on the rock set the zoo on, hold for a couple of seconds and back in the tank. It is very easy and fun to do. You will get to the point where you might even swap zoo's with friends. One word of advise, PLEASE wear latex gloves AND some kind of eye protection. Good Luck and don't be afraid. It will work out fine.
