Zoo keepers

Was wondering if anybody out there has a trick to help Zoo's spread and what it is they do to help them do so. I have a few colonys that really have not done whole lot and was wondering if there are any tricks to help them prosper alone abit faster. I currently feed a couple times a week and keep them in a med to higher flow areas.

What kind of lighting do you have? What you're doing sounds fine to me. IME the nicer the zoos the slower they spread ... the plain ones spread the quickest.

I have 150gal with 3 -250mh 20,000k & 2 -72 in VHO one of each

Leave them in one place without moving them. They take a couple months or so to settle in and then they start spreading.
