I really didn't know where to put this so I decided to go in the thread with the most people
I just recently added a 70MH and 36PC to my nanocube. Everyone seemed to adjust well enough to the new lights. I have slowly been increasing my MH on time so my corals can accimilate properly. Started at 4hrs and I am up to 6. The PC's and actinics are on for an additional 3 hours.
Here's the problem, my GPE's started to stretch out like they need more light, but they are close to the top of my aquascape and should be getting plenty of light. Now they are spreading apart and most remain closed. Another set of GPE's (a different colony and variation) are getting really small and losing color. I am really baffled and was wondering if anyone had a clue?
Water perameters are all ok.
