Zoos are dying. Help

I had two rocks with zoos on them. I noticed on of them the polyps were disappearing. Then the other one closed up and died ( I guess). I bought some more zoos at the LPS and when I put them in they closed up and havent opened yet. That was 2 days ago. I checked the water and all of the tests were perfect. My setup is a 9 gallon nano with a biowheel filter (my original filter that came with the tank burned up). The tank has been established for 8 months or so. I have a new 24 gallon nano that I am waiting for the water to get right to put everything in there soon. Anyway, what is my problem? Do I need to get out the rocks that have the dead zoos? Also, I bought some new turbo snails and they died within a day.

Could be nudibranch, but im not sure. Do a 35% water change a few times over the next week or so before you add anything new. Before the water changes, do a freshwater dip on all your zoo plugs to kill off any potential nudi's.

Yes, we need your exact water parameters. Please list your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, calcium, salinity, and temperature.

ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 5.0
pH 8.2
kH ? dont have test for this
calcium ? dont have test for this
salinity 1.028
temperature 79-80
I put the zoo I just got in some freshwater and then put it back. I looked in the pitcher and found some white bugs that were about the size of a ant maybe bigger. It almost looked like a shrimp.
Below is a picture of my new zoos. I hope they are just closed up for a few days.

the shrimp were probably pods. How long did you do a dip for? generally for it to be effective you need to leave them in for about 2min. Your salinity is also a bit high

Thats about how long I dipped it. I am hoping the new zoos are closed and not dead. The other ones came off the rock when they died.

That level of salinity wont hurt them, i keep my reef with a salinity of 1.031-1.032 and everyting is fine. LPS, zoos, sps, anemones, but most say keep it around 1.026

brown film?
if so....
Then it is a bacterial infection.
Try dipping in 5 gallons of fresh R.o water make sure to add 2 drops lugols solution
and make sure temp and ph are the same as display.

There is a milky to tan looking jelly on some of them. What is the solution you are talking about?
