Zoo's not opening

No, no carbon...It's killing me because I know zoo's are pretty hardy and tolerant. I can't figure this out. Is there any supplement that zoo's really like/need that would help them out???

I read in you specs that your salinity was 1.021-1.023. That could be your problem right there. slowly raise it up to 1.026 and see what that does.

Nothing has been added next to any of the colonies. They have just shut down...I'm wondering...I have to trim back a colony of Xenia about once every six weeks, Does anyone know if this may release a toxic substance that zo's react to? Going to post this seperately...

Update:
Salinity up to .026
Charcoal filter bag in place
Skimmer running 24/7
There open. Some of the colonies still look dormant but the heads have not dissolved. I know of a 'Condition 1' phase where zo's shut down for some reason and stay dormant for a while. This may or may not be the case but either way, there baaaaack...
