I may be wrong here but once you get going you're probably not going to want the Damsel in there anyways. So it may be better to just take him out now while he is easy to catch.
Just got 3 peppermints for my 65. A rock of Zoas looks to be affected by 3 aptasias. Hopefully they do the trick. Not too crazy about putting a Copperband in the tank since it seems they are not reef safe.

I use IO right now. Once this bucket is done I will move onto Reef Crystals. Would it be worth just picking up the RC's now and going with half of each during water changes?
