i have had both and i will never own pc lights again, they suck. the corals look so much better with VHO. :D

i dont have any pics of my hood right now. it is just 4, 24" light bulbs. VHO light bulbs wont bake the acrylic on your tank they run much cooler than a pc light. i liked the color the vho has compaired to pc.

i have 300 watts of vho on my 29 gal and i have some sps that are doing fine. im sure a mh would be better but it works. corals seem happy and it wasent too much $$.

i have no choice it is in a back room in my high class trailor. i just need to figure out what im doing until i get out of school and get a house. i kind of like haveing it all right there easy to fix things if i need to. hopefully ill have a nice 500 gal in the wall here soon:D

well i have it all hooked up and running. this thing is great. in 2 hrs it has pulled out so much junk, more than my prizim did in a month. thanks for the help and ill try to get some pics soon.

Big Mac i bought the CS6-1 and i have a 29 gal tank.

looks good. my main display is a 29 gal hopefully a 55 after christmas. i may just use a 29 gal as a sump and display for a little bit until i get the 55 going. thanks for the pics. i didnt realize how big this thing would be. i bought the CS6-1. i will try to get this thing going this weekend.

Well i have my new euro reef skimmer but i dont have a sump yet. what did you use to put it into. Do you have pics of it that i could see to get an idea. i need to get rid of this crappy prizim skimmer soon. thanks

well i have ordered a euro reef skimmer but the measurements on it are 10.5 x 11.5 that wont fit into a 10 gal tank. can i see someones sump with a rubbermaid container. or a better way of doing this. my main tank is a 29 gal. thanks
